Diamonds are forever, but that can't be said about office equipment. Enter the start date for when the equipment was handed out, as well as the end date for the expected replacement. The manager or administrator will then be notified when it's time for an upgrade or change.

During onboarding, you can easily see what your new colleague has received of necessary equipment. Just look at the new employee's profile and tick to confirm everything he or she gets. And sometimes people quit too, so then just do the same but in reverse - tick to confirm each thing that needs to be returned and they will be notified.
