Product update: What's new in Huma.

The end of a month means new product updates from Huma. You suggest and we work hard to achieve your wishes and wants! This May our task has been to make sick leave follow up easier, and to help you make sure that what comes up in a 1-on-1 turns into concrete action.

Sick leave follow-upWith sick leave follow-up you can be confident that sick employees will be handled in a good way. Huma helps with legislation based tasks and having an ongoing dialogue with the sick employee.


1-on-1 follow-up tasks

Now you can create the follow-up tasks directly and assign them to correct people. They will automatically be followed up by the system and you will always see the status for what has been done and not.

1-on-1 multi meetings

Having a lot of meetings? Create a new “meeting round”!

With three simple steps you can prepare the agenda and set up 1-on-1 meetings for everyone, choose who should host the meetings and when all meetings should be completed. When doing so you will also have the overview over all meetings and the status for these. The task is completed at lightning speed –regardless of whether you set up a meeting round for the whole company or just indiviual members of a team.

Now we make it even easier for you as a leader to have the necessary access in your company. Now you can assign a user role (e.g. manager role or payroll manager) to everyone in the company, not just teams and locations.
