Get updates from Huma to your Slack-workspace

Huma isn’t just easier to use, it’s easy to integrate. Make sure that you and your team are seamlessly in sync, and instantly turn Huma updates into messages in Slack. Now everyone will have the most up-to-date information and be able to work from both platforms—seamlessly.

How to set up Slack

To access Integrations under System settings you'll need a System role with permissions to do Organization-wide settings. Read more here

Get started quickly by following these 3 steps:

  1. Click the Connect button on the top right corner, and accept the Huma 'Terms and conditions'
  2. You will be redirected to Slack and asked to authorize the connection to your Slack workspace(s)
  3. Once a connection is successfully established, the HumaHR app (i.e. the new notification bot) will be automatically added to all your users and their Slack workspace(s)

Supported features

Push real time, direct messages and notifications from Huma and the following actions:
  • Absence registered or changed
  • Absence approval requested
  • News article published
  • News analytics
  • Onboarding started
  • New hire about to start (two days before the new hire starts)
  • Onboarding completed
  • Document updated
  • Qualification added
  • Qualification about to expire (90, 30 and 2 days before qualifications expire)
  • Equipment assigned
  • Equipment about to expire (90, 30 and 2 days before qualifications expire)
  • Task assigned
  • Task reminder (for uncompleted tasks 2 days before due date, on due date and 3 days overdue)
  • Survey started
  • Survey reminder (when half the response period has passed with no response)

Slack integration and other integrations require a Business or Enterprise subscription
