Now, you can seamlessly connect your Huma organization to your Visma.net payroll account. The great thing about this integration is that information is automatically synchronized. Whenever employees update their bank account number in Huma, it will also be updated in Visma.net payroll, eliminating the need for manual processing. 💥

Competence database
Now, with Huma, you can track a wide range of competencies, not just certificates but also skills such as communication, teamwork and collaboration, problem-solving, leadership, and adaptability.
You can also track language knowledge, such as proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish, English, and others. The language level scale is based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), an international standard for describing language ability.

Experiences, such as project or work experience, can also be added to the system.
